1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Spinach ice cubes or fresh baby spinach
1/4 can, or 3.5 oz., full-fat canned coconut milk (Native Forest is BPA-free)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (usually homemade)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
I've been out of almond butter so I haven't made this one lately. I want to try making my own (because for some reason I have pounds of almonds on hand). Has anyone done it?
